Hi Community, if someone found a loophole in the banking system where he can generate money out of nothing and if he make use of this loophole, will he get arrested?

Depends. If this is a loophole, it means there are no rules covering it yet. So tehnically, you should not be arrested.

But questions will be raised somewhere down the road and if you cannot answer them or validate your wealth increase, there will definitely be a investigation and it depends on the outcome of the investigation.

Highly advise not to do it.

Check out trading arbitrage.. the bankers themselves use this to generate little to risk free profit...
