Has anyone tried trading options strategies on Tiger? It seems that Tiger does not support basic strategies such as covered calls etc.

Any other reccomendation for brokers which I can use such strategies? TD might be out of the question for now, I have been waiting almost 6 months to open my account.

Tiger totally sucks for options; it doesnt allow multi leg fills at once (you got to incur a lot of slippage setting them up individually) and the commissions are insane.

Tastyworks or IBKR are probably your best choices then. IBKR has their infamous inactivity charge (if you're trading multileg strats then it might be ok tho because the comms do rack up with each leg you sell) and Tastyworks I believe has quite a hefty withdrawal charge (not an issue if you're just putting a bit and not looking to make frequent withdrawals). But both support complex options strategies: spreads, butterflies, condors, straddles, strangles, collars, jade lizard lol anything you want also can la basically.

Personally, I use IBKR and I also do a bit of options here and there so I can probably answer questions for IBKR.
