Has any parent tried the KidSave Goal / Squirrel Treehouse to teach your children about financial literacy? What's a good age to start teaching your kids financial literacy?

Sounds interesting but not sure if my kid will be interested haha. Any suggestions to make financial literacy an interesting subject for my kids?

Looking to have start a small retirement sum for my parent with 20k. Parent is curently 50 year old. What will be good to stretch this 20k? What will you recommend?
