Declare. Otherwise it might be worse next time when you try to claim and get rejected on this basis if the insurer(s) find out.

Answer the questions. If unsure, declare. Insurers have the right to investigate cases if they feel it is needed. Better to have an airbag that works than an airbag that doesn’t when you need it.
