GrabPay card vs YouTrip (or other multiple currency digital wallet) for overseas spending?

I heard about the GrabPay card is very useful for travel spendings. Am wondering which would incur the least charges (e.g. FX fees etc)?? can anyone do a table comparison, that's gonna be very helpful
