For the MCO Visa Card, does cashback cover all types of transactions specifically and are there any deposit, withdrawal, or hidden fees to it?
Does the MCO Visa Card provide cryptocurrency cashback for all types of transactions, most notably on insurance premiums, insurance payments, and educational institutions? I am fairly curious about this aspect because most banks usually include this clause inside.
Also, are there any hidden fees or such that I should be aware of specifically? Withdrawal via xfers is a 0.4% fee, and I am unsure of any commissions or forex fees that I should be aware of for everyday shopping and usage.

Yes the cashback cover all types of transaction, even topping up GrabPay, pay for school fee, etc.
There is no hidden fee so far, I have been using it for more than 6 months.
As for deposit and withdrawal fee, standard blockchain network fee applies. If you are talking about bank deposit and withdrawal, I am sure there is a fee.
