Does topping up a Revolut account using Apple Pay linked to a credit card count as a cash advance?

If I understand your question right:

• Cash advance: as far as I know, its not considered as one. This is more of a financial transaction

• Miles earning: unfortunately, tying to me first answer, in general no miles are awarded for financial transactions.

I would use revolut mainly for overseas transactions which sometimes offer you even a better rate than best exchanges in singapore

UOB krisflyer excludes it. So no miles. No its not considered as a cash advance just a retail transaction but with no credit card rewards
