Does OCBC 365 credit card entitle cashback for SP utilities?

Looking on the ocbc website the utilities that stated is Geneco, Sembcorp Power and Senoko Energy. Not sure whether SP utilities is included for the cashback:

Yup. Applicable for cashback. However I'm using UOB ONE Credit Card myself to get 6% cashback.

3% Cashback on recurring electricity bill payments. “Recurring Electricity bill” is defined as bill payment made to the electricity companies in Singapore and is automatically charged to the OCBC 365 Card on a monthly basis via the recurring payment service.
There is no exclusion of any companies.
