Does anyone know of any guaranteed instruments that yield higher than 2.02% p.a (Please do not suggest Singlife - already maxed out)?

You may have to be a bit more specific with your question.

There's CPF OA that gives 2.5% while MA/SA gives 4% guaranteed. There's also savings plan/whole life policies which can give more than 2% guaranteed, but after a long period. There's SGS 30-year bonds with coupon rates of 2.75%. There's POSB SAYE which gives 2.05+% for 2 years...

Do also note Singlife's 2.5% is non-guaranteed.
