Do you just buy blue chip stocks and REITS from SG? What other markets do you invest in and why?

I run my income floor portfolio with a list of reits on sgx, with dca done on a reit counter on a monthly basis. This allows me to get returns of about 5-6+% onwards on my holdings. I focus my income ceiling portfolio in the US market using options. This allows to achieve returns of 60% pa with managed risk.

I only invest in stocks listed in SG. Wanted to try US market but didn't have the time to research on so many stocks. SG stocks are enough to keep me busy

Besides Singapore I have also invested. In the US stock market, mainly in high dividend stocks. The returns in dividend has been good however I have also been burnt

got a tech stock that prices just wont return to original prices. Likely to cut losses

I do not just buy blue chip stock and REITs from SGX.

Nobody should just buy any blue-chip stock or REITs from any stock market.

I do fundamental research before choosing a company before investing. And, I am learning about technical analysis from various source.

I also take help from my investment advisory firm

I am also practicing trading in currencies in demo account for forex.

ETFs are also good investment but I haven't tried that yet but I am also learning about them.

You can learn about Singapore blue-chip stock and REITs from here

I follow the blogs from this website it is a good source for your SGX trading diet.
