What are some things that people might miss out on when evaluating
For location I think it's good to check out the amenities nearby. Other than the obvious ones like shopping malls and MRT, things like 24 hours minimart or coffee shop helps.
you might also want to look into services nearby like clinics, childcare etc.
One important criterion is also to look for any signs of splashed paintings or paint patches around the resale unit. If possible, ask the neighbours for any information on possible loanshark harassments in order to save future nightmares.
Yet another which I can think of is to check whether your future neighbours are those noisy types.
