Grab top ups do not qualify under any special category for UOB Ladies card. You can however, earn Uni$ when topping up your Grab account using a UOB VISA card as others have mentioned.

Visa cards can still earn miles/rewards when topping up your grabpay wallet, however they give the generic miles point rewards such as 1.2-1.4 miles per dollar top up. Grab tends to qualify under "transport" or sometimes even "online spend"
