Can anyone explain to me more about the IEdge S-REIT 20 Index?

Just to understand this index (and index in general) a little more. Let's say the current value is 1,240.98. What does this value represent? Is this figure in monetary terms, eg S$12.40?

If I invest S$5000, how many units will I receive?

Hi there! Perhaps I can share more about the Syfe REIT+ portfolio. The portfolio invests in Singapore REITs, and tracks the SGX's iEdge S-REIT 20 index, which measures the performance of the 20 largest and most tradeable REITs in Singapore.
