Can a couple buy a private property Condominium after they've secured their HDB BTO but not moved in yet?

Hi. My partner and I have secured our BTO already but are curious whether we can buy a private condo on top of the HDB because we've yet to move in. Is it possible?

Hi it is not possible. You'll have to complete the 5 years MOP(Minimum Occupation Period) of your BTO first before you can purchase a private condo.
