Though you can link Grab to Fave and earn both rewards, the fact is many favourite Fave merchant has stopped cashback with Fave, but in any case, just keep it this way is still good in the long run :)

Fave can use grab as payment method as mentioned by others. Thus you get BOTH Rewards.
