Are there any feedback on using TransferWise?
Specifically, difference in the transaction fees between banks and TransferWise when transferring money abroad?

We need advice on the suitability of fund transfer for our MDW so they can maximise the use of their day off, so understand your concern. There was an article where transfer was made to Indonesia within 6 hours, better than the estimate of 11 hours. Topping the exact amount you want to send to the TransferWise account would have lower fees, like with ShopeePay promotions. Will report back if we end up helping our helper to send money home this way.

I haven't used it personally yet but instead I used InstaRem because on some promotion on the first transfer, was quite seamless and transferred to a French bank account, quite fast mayb 2-3 days.
