Yes I think why not!
it would be a short getaway from home, while not leaving the country. Some of the locations like Sentosa are obvious choices as we hardly go there if at all in a year.
it's actually quite fun sometimes to be a tourist in Singapore :)

I bought the latest promotion that the Fullerton hotel have and it's worth $800 for luxury oasis for their one night stay only. Personally feel that the previous promotion before the CB from other hotels were more worth or value for money but weren't able to purchase.. Not sure for those who bought it if it is still valid once staycations are approved.
Back to the question, if you are opting for a staycation as a couple, the money spent would be worth as it allows you to Spend romantic time with your SO. Since you are thinking of going for a staycation alone just because your neighbors are noisy then I would advise you to keep the money. A day in local hotels could buy you a ticket alone to some quiet resort in neighboring country. Moreover, the rates of a hotel stay in singapore is quite exorbitant in my opinion compared even to country like Hong Kong

I would say go for it! Now that there're offers and promotions on-going, it's good to take it as a break from WFH or the daily CB routine we're experiencing. Recharge and come back afresh!

I think it depends on individual, if you are looking for a different environment away from your usual day to day life and if you think staycation will help them why not? Do check for various hotel booking apps or deals available.
But if is because of your noisy neighbours, you may try search up Community Mediation Centre?
