Hi there! Thanks for reaching out.
Dividends are paid out by the REITs or ETFs that you have invested in via Syfe. The frequency of distribution will be determined by the holdings you are invested in. E.g REITs usually disburse dividends quarterly or semi-annually.
You can view your dividends (if any) paid out for the month in your transactions statement. Dividends are automatically reinvested for you.

The dividends are paid when the underlying REITs pays out the dividends to Syfe. There are some REITs that have switches to a semi-annual payout schedule while others are on quarterly payout schedules. So the timing will vary. Only in overseas markets, are there REITs that pay out dividends monthly.
Also for Syfe, the dividends are reinvested automatically in the portfolio. When your total investment reaches $20,000 and above, there is an option for the dividends to be paid out in cash. But it is recommended to continue reinvestment for compounding effect.
