Anyone looked into the new launched condo, The M, by Wingtai?

This condo is selling well due to the attractive PSF when you compare to surrounding project like Midtown which transacted around $3000psf.

There is 1 thing i dont like about the M is this is a pure investment project, i would say 70% of the buyers are investors. If you look at the unit type, all are small size type (1/2 bedrooms). So capital appreciation can be quite tricky when everyone buying for investment.

If I have the quota and budget, I will still go for it.
