According to guideline from Life Insurance Association, all the insurers must adopt the new definition by 26 August 2020. Moreover, insurance companies may choose to update their plans at an earlier date.

I am a 27 years old male here looking for a critical illness insurance before its definition changes after 26th Aug 2020. Can you give some good plans to consider?

Is it true that if it is better if I choose other insurer with a standalone ci like Manulife ready care critical illness, than the axa term protector with an early critical illness rider?

Is it worth to take up a whole life insurance (with early CI) when i am at 40 years old now? Most policies will need me to contribute until 60 years. What other options to cover my critical illness (including early detection)? Thanks.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for an insurance (critical illness) that gives a good cash back value ? I just know of surrender value but they seem really bad. Any other alternatives?

How can we tell if insurance claim is denied? What is the purpose of buying policies to cover for critical illness, if insurers reject the claims when you do have a critical illness?
