What can I do to resolve it?
Hi there! We should have all fixed the OCBC issues by now already :)
Now you should be able to just re-sync with your new credentials without having the need to delete your old accounts !

Nope, change the access code in OCBC mobile app and I re-sync again to start a new tracking record.
