Anyone attended REITs to Riches by Pro Butterfly? Do you recommend attending? Why?

I highly recommend Wien's REITs to Riches workshop. I attended his workshop in Dec 2020 and found Wien's REITs teaching to be very structured and clear. In the workshop, I am able to clarify and deepen my understanding on REITs even though I have been investing in REITs for the past 10 years. His workshop included recently updated case studies on REITs globally and helped me understand how mega trends like 5G, ecommerce, cloud computing are influencing the future of these REITs. I have certained improved my investment results based on the skills and insights I have picked up in this 2 day workshop!

I attended the 2 day REITS course by Wien in Oct 2020. I am very impressed by Wien's knowledge on REITS. Very thorough and insightful! For those who wish to learn REITS Investing, this course is highly recommended! And, Wien's presentation style is very enjoyable too! 😄👍

I attended a " hybrid " version of the course, including a close to 5h zoom session with Wien where he patiently explained in detail nuances which cannot be simply " googled", found in books nor have I learned in any other courses ( and I have attended quite a number!)

Highly recommend attending this course to start off on the right footit will save one from spending " tuition fees" making alot of common mistakes and help one to build a resilient and strong reit portfolio. Money well spent indeed!

Perfect course if you are looking to jump start your REITS investment portfolio. With his experience and contacts in the REITs industry, Ging Wien was able to cut through the clutter to sieve out what really matters in REITs investment. Never knew that investing in REITs requires much on attention on things like the conflict of interest embedded within the structure of the REITs.

This course is one of the few courses out there that is listed on skills future, and teaches you an excellent way to analyse reits. After attending this course, you will not look at REITs as a dividend machine but rather a growth instrument.
