You may opt for a free digital marketing course by Google. I've tried joining digital marketing courses when I started my SEO career. I was employed by a Digital Marketing in Singapore last 2013 and still working at the company right now.

Not too sure what type exactly you're looking for, but one very basic and free course is the fundamentals of digital marketing by Google Digital Garage. It is very basic, but I do think it gives a good overview in terms of the different types of digital marketing e.g. search, content, email, display etc.

Another one I took is the Facebook Blueprint 100-101: Digital Marketing Associate course and exam. This provides a more indepth understanding for Facebook advertising, which I thought was very interesting and useful e.g. learning about custom and lookalike audiences and to see its applicabilty. But to take this exam isn't free. The Facebook Blueprint Certification exams cost up to the equivalent of USD 150 per exam. I managed to get a Facebook Blueprint sponsored voucher from my university back when I was still in school. So if you're still in school, you could keep a look out for these types of vouchers as well.
