Anybody bought a SecretLab chair before. Is it really worth the money?

Don't buy!!!

Don't ever buy any Secret Lab gaming chair, trust me, I bought two. The built were of lousy quality, the armrest was not even, the so called pu leather started peeling after about 2 years of use. They came to repair the uneven armrest, but gave up, saying it's all like that. They refused to refund me when I want to return it, it goes to show what kind of company this is. For the price you are paying, it's not worth it, you can go anywhere to buy a $150 chair and it can last for years. They offered to repair but I have to pay S$99 + S$29 transport. They knew they had issues with the pu leather all along (they sent emails to every owners), but they nv offered to recall and repair, instead they ask us to pay again for an already inflated, low quality chair.

Don't buy!!! Buy at your in risk. Consumers have already spoken.

i bought one and using. It was good at the start but after that the quality no good.

1. The back support pillow straps became loose so the back support pillow keeps slipping down.
2. The leather peels off after 2 years for mine. So now the chair looks damn ugly. And I am not a heavy user, only use at night and weekends.

If you ask me if I will buy again. The answer is no. It is good for that few months to a year but after that the chair starts to deteriorate. And it has passed the warranty so cannot repair.

The chair is so goooooood that you can fall asleep! HAHAHA. Totally worth it! You won't regret!
