Hey there, I want to passively invest my cpf-OA fund. Looking at anything that beat 3.5%, low fees, but not STI-ETF.
Any recommendations what platform I can use for this investment?
You can hire a human financial advisor like myself or a digital financial advisor like EndowUs.
I do recommend checking them out.
Alternatively you can DIY by buying funds on FundSuperMart, Dollardex, or POEMS.

You can passively invest through Endowus. We offer a globally diversified portfolio, and we are only paid by our customers. This means that we rebate any trailer fees we receive from the fund managers in full.
You may wish to consider a well-diversified portfolio in equities and bonds through dollar cost averaging. This can be done through unit trust from companies like AIA Singapore. Here is their latest fund performance: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/aia-singapore-investment-linked-fund-performance/

However, take note that the results is based on investing your money into a single fund. In some cases, it may be better to invest in a few assets that is in tandem with your investment objectives. Hence, it will be important to understand more about you and your objectives before we decide on the best allocation and investment strategy.
