Any other tips for taking care of our eyes and prevent it from worsen and cure? How does the 20-20 rule work at home though for those staying at HDB?
There is strong sunlight in the afternoon too.
Activities without using screen requires money.
Will LASIK work in curing Astigmatism and myopia though? I heard that it only solve the surface problem.
Those 90"s and 2000"s movies are really brain-dead looking back now, the glasses trend is really brain-washing. Thinking that it makes you smart; I want to fix my eye and cure it.

It depends on your current condition. It is easier for prevention at earlier stages and age.
Environment that is brightly lit can help reduce myopia. One common myth that my group found was that looking at trees or 'green objects' does not actually help. Instead it is the act of looking at distant objects that help the eye relax from prolong staring at near objects like computer screen. Chinese eye massage may or may not work for individuals, no harm trying.
Lasik can help reduce myopia, hyperopia and astigmatisation. This area I'm not too familiar so better to check with a professional.
