How should I plan my budget having just emptied my savings and cpf account to fully pay up my apartment? I will probably be working for another 30 years and assuming my take home stays at $3800.?

I’m starting from ground zero basically. I’m a single who loves to travel. So we have to take into account saving for travels too. I travel budget though. Twice a year should be about $5-7k. Thanks so much in advance for all the advice! ☺️

Hi first thing: Congrats to having a fully paid up apartment in your name!

Following which do look into your current plans for the future to see if you have any other milestones to store liquid cash for.
Please also ensure you have an emergency fund - one year of your expenses would be beneficial.
If you have not been investing now is a good time to start! Read up about ETFs, UTs and Robo Advisors for a start 🙂
