Since you're looking for a replacement for the Great Eastern Cashflo credit card, I'm guessing that you're looking for a credit card to pay for your Great Eastern insurance premiums?
Generally, to find a credit card that gives you rewards or rebates for insurance premiums is damn rare.
The only credit cards (to my knowledge, I might be wrong as the banks are always nerfing credit card insurance payments) that allow you to earn rewards (more specifically air miles) on insurance is Maybank.
And you have 2 options: the Maybank Visa Infinite and the Maybank Horizon.
Alternatively, you could use a platform like CardUp. Which is a service that allows you to pay all kinds of stuff with almost any credit card and earn rewards (like air miles) along the way.
There's a service fee (2.25% for personal payments) involved tho, so you're technically paying that service fee, on top of whatever amount you're paying your insurance premiums, in order to use the card you want to earn the miles on.
Is this worth it? Well... it really depends on how much you value a mile.
Most credit cards do not qualify spendings with insurance companies as an eligible transaction for cashback/miles program. You can consider AMEX if the insurance premium is significant.
