Am I correct to say that Transferwise charges an exchange fee and a flat fee for SWIFT transfer (where i key in SCB SWIFT number + account number), and the transfers take a few days?

Based on the TransferWise screen, that’s what it says.

Not sure if you can transfer to the StandChart account though, I will informed by the SC team that it is not possible.
