Yes.
No. DBS Vickers requires CDP (as opposed to custodian). CDP has a clearing fee for every trade.

To recap, for every ETF trade you’ll have the trading fees imposed by Vickers and clearing fee imposed by CDP. If you are trading in US, theres the additional SEC charge. And you also need to look at the ETF you buy. For Nikko AM STI ETF, I know they take their fees from the dividends. Not sure if same for others.
