I dont want to be hasty but i'm feeling a lil affected. What's worse its it was already reinvested, hold or sell?

3 years, 10% still down? Possible if you invested in all time high. Would hold on to 5 years max then liquidate, this is assuming it's just an ETF or some mutual fund though.
If it's in a few companies, then consider if the industry/fundamentals have changed and switch to something else accordingly.

Ask yourself, why are you in this investment in the first place? is it because you believe in the long run, the fluctuations in the market will eventually bring you your desired returns? If yes, hold. If not, sell and learn from your mistake
