I think it depends on your age group.
If you are young, I suggest that you grow your capital first, which Syfe Equity 100 makes more sense.
If you are someone who has sufficient capital, or you have one large sum of $$. Do go for syfe REIT+ without risk management. As you can get generate Passive income.
