Would you opt for a job that has a nice, big title or go for the one with more pay?

I choose the latter until I am no longer young, then the former when I am older.

I'd go for higher pay as well, if the difference was significant. However, I'd also look at the job scope / progression / my interests / culture / bosses etc.

I will opt for higher pay as it gives realistic benefits as compared to an airy title.

In fact, I did choose a higher pay job as compared to a more futuristic post as I believe I can also reach on another path in this higher paying job.
