Personally i think self care is the most important! All these have cheaper alternatives (running as opposed to paying for gym membership; cooking your own meals with less or no oil as opposed to paying for organic food)

Self-care is underrated

Health is wealth. Should prioritise health.

Being healthy doesnt need to be expensive. You can have nutritious food instead of extragrant luxrious food. You can cook healthy instead of eating out. You can go for a swim and jog or even do your home workout instead of hitting the gym.

Yess got to have health in order to enjoy life with all the hard work done...
