I find it very nice, bought it for my relatives, of course it suffered (and still) very much during the Cov19 crisis.
But seems a very good diversification (property) in one of the economically most important countries (USA), is large (AUM), cheap (TER) and physically replicated
So everything shines if you believe in U.S. property.
A Europe-ex UK equivalent would be :

I plan to sell all my VNQ soon, the reason

The 30% withholding tax means I am getting less from the dividends
But yea, it is supposedly more stable and has a huge AUM and low TER, and also they are diversifying into cell tower and data center so that's a smart move to counter Covid. To each his own.
