Hi everyone... I am currently holding UK stocks in DBS Vickers and looking to move to cheaper brokage account to avoid custodian fee. When I checked FAQ of DBS vickers and it stated that "Fees for withdrawal of foreign securities are SGD 50 per counter + any out-of-pocket charges.". Is there anyone know how much are those out-of-pocket charges roughly or anyone have some experiences of such withdrawal process before? I just want to know some estimation for the total charges and any headups will be useful. Thanks ahead.

Depending on size of your holdings and transaction fees of vickers, you may wish to consider selling, and then quickly buying back using the cheaper brokerage, can try to dodge the forex fees by using multi-currency accounts, aka sell holdings in pounds, transfer pounds to cheaper brokerage.
