You can still use binance.com via web app and trade crypto pairs. But without a straight forward cash out option and the pending regulatory issues in multiple countries, you might not be able to leverage on the earn or staking functions.

Be careful when you are transfering to binance.sg.

They do NOT support BUSD. I've accidentally transferred BUSD to them, and I guess it is lost forever. Waiting for support response. Expensive mistake.
