With OCR and RCR prices rising rapidly as compared to CCR properties. Does it present an investment opportunity for CCR?

Not as much in future given the trends e.g. wfh, better transport system etc

Just my opinon.

• Below image is just an overall trend, still must look at individual project.
• I will still prefer RCR.
• CCR price have been quite stagnent.
• IF RCR really hit $2.8k psf: $400psf * 800sq (2 bedroom) =$320k profit which is decent.
• However, you dont know when it will reach that price. How long CCR will remain flat.
