While private home prices continue to rise, prices in Sentosa are ok and you can buy a property for almost the same price as 14 years ago. Is now a good time to buy, assuming I can afford?

you buy for living is ok. U buy for investment is bad. How many ppl want to live in sentosa. Very niche market. Problem when u wan sell
