Will there by consequences if I exit and internship that doesn't have any contract?

I just got into an internship but they didn't give me a contract or documentation to indicate my internship existence. I just began the internship and I want to exit. Will there by any consequences?

Based on personal opinion i think that if there are no contract involved, you are able to leave without obligations
