Disturb after my contract ended, not by the employer but by the colleague. And she even mentioned she not signing my exit clearance form even she is not my hiring manager. Is it a harassment?

I have report this to my contract rercuitment agency. Not sure they gonna bring it up to their client. Please tell me what should i do?

Please consider giving the EX-Colleague the benefit of doubt and share the information she is looking for. After that, just highlight that your contract has ended and point her to the right direction to whom she can get advise from.

Singapore is really small so why dont we think "paying it forward".

If not sign. When times up just leave, unless the company keep paying you salary.

Once a company stop paying you salary, you can basically ignore them & no need to take their nonsense.
