Will property prices fall next year?

Many countries have experienced property price fall this year eg China, UK, Australia. Will this happen to Singapore soon?

Unlikely
Singaporean have holding power.
If price drop due to demand, home owner will just hold and dont sell, the supply will also drop.
Low demand, low supply. Cancel each other out. Price = stagnent.
