Why is there no support agent responding? Why does crypto.com use telegram when there are scammers working on the same platform?

Same thing! I have yet to apply for a MCO card but I was hoping to get some inquiries about it. However, they are taking way too long to process financial inquiries! How am I supposed to trust them with my money if something urgent props up (card fraud)?
