Why is SG and US market taking a tumble recently?

Also, from now which are the sources that I can study/ watch/ read on a daily basis to look at the stocks I’m holding and its market trends all at once?

It's not just the rise in US treasury yield rates but the speed of the rise. The 10 year treasury yield rise some ?47% (off hand figures) this year and this raised concerns about coming inflation. I really hate the bond market now. Keep TNX on your watch list to monitor this trend.

The SG market always follow the footsteps of the US market if you are observant. It's a follower. When the US market goes up, SG market will also go up vice versa.

US market is just experiencing it's usual market correction at the moment since last week. Once the correction ends, the market will go up again. And SG market will follow suit but in a very snail pace
