Hi Anon,

In regards to fees and charges, they are part of the premiums that you are paying under distribution cost and it is in the policy illustration if you would to find out more.

But it's like when you subscribe to a service, most of us don't go in depth to find out the breakdown of what we are paying for.

If you are purchasing an Investment Product, then the agent should explain to you the details on charges, as investment products have a slightly more complex structure when it comes to charges.

Because all these fees add up to become very costly premiums.

They are under pressure by their superiors or corporate plus have to support a family.
