Hi, I found out that Endowus does not invest in ETF (they say US withholding taxes etc are reasons they do not) but in Funds. They claim that this will bring down costs. However based on my knowledge I know that ETF fees are generally lower then Funds. Anyone can enlighten?
Thanks

Hi!
ETF fund cost are not the only costs that we need to incur. There are bid-ask spread, foreign exchange transaction cost and bid-ask spread that we need to incur as well.
Our equities portfolio start from 0.4%, and bond funds are at 0.5%. This is much lower than the standard unit trusts that are available on other platforms.
Hope this explains!
