Electrical engineer knoweldge need to have very solid else may affect human life in certain sector.
Best is you can get a professional cert, LEW, if you go into electrical. You just stamp & certify other ppl design few hundred dollars per assignment. Similar to PE for mech. Govt body very scare to get into trouble, thus any engineering task they will engage a LEW or PE to off load their liability.
