Why do I need to pass CKA to buy ThaiBev on FSMOne? Isn’t passing the CKA only required for US stocks?

Their customer service is pretty efficient. Don't be shy to drop them a call!

In the meantime, do verify if you have done the "Risk Warning & Disclosure Statement" and the "W-8BEN Declaration". These are the 2 basic forms retail investors with no finance education must fill out before they can start trading.
