Why did the both of you decide to stay in the Electronics sector for a big part of your careers?

Personally, as a trained engineer, and as a practising engineer still, my entry was more by chance rather than by any well thought out plan. However the interesting manufacturing processes kept an engineer like me engaged. Over time, I developed the passion to expand my horizon and knowledge in this field. One thing led to another, 28 years on, I am still learning ! I guess you have to give it a chance and try to create that value and to continue to work at it, in order that I have stayed as long as I have.
