Why did Pfizer's CEO sell 62% of his stock when the same miracle vaccine is supposed to cure the world?

Does it show a lack of investor confidence by the CEO himself?

Maybe he sold the 62% of his stock becuase he just want to cash in the hype that his company made the 90% effective vaccine(Just my speculation)

But we cant judge his decision we can just wait and predict
